Transit Visa: $35.00 per entry
Tourist Visa: $40.00 per entry (You may apply for up to 3, 60-day entries.)
Non-Immigrant Visa: $80.00 single 90-day entry
$200.00 one-year multiple entry
(O-A (Retirement) visas can only be issued at Los Angeles, Chicago,
New York and Washington, DC).

You must be physically in
the United States at the time of application. Your Passport must
be valid for no less than 6 months and must have a full blank visa
page for us to stamp.
